After an eventful day of hiking, strolling, or soaking up the sun elsewhere, treating yourself to a culinary finale at Stochas is well deserved. That' s when it's time to just enjoy! The chef Manuel has years of experience in international cuisine and now serves them at Stochas: from creatively prepared local dishes to international delicacies (from Burger to Steak or even Asian dishes) there really is something for everyone. Over 15 different types of beer and more than 50 national and international wines are served.

The widely known theme weeks in the summer are as adventurous as the Ahrntal itself. From yummy breakfasts to a selection of steaks – everything freshly prepared.  You can acquire the taste of our steaks by admiring them through our steak vitrine.

We fight the cravings of our active and sports freaks! Pasta variations from our in-house pasta workshop, dumplings, freshly prepared burger delights, juicy salad variations or even Thai rice noodles provide the necessary energy kick and international variety. However, our focus at Stochas is definitely on steaks, while we focus on fish at our partner restaurant Thara Seelounge. Our younger guests will not miss out: we have created a special children's plate.

In summer, we not only have fresh pasta, no, we also roll and pile: the Stochas theme weeks will surprise you for example with hot burgers - during our Burger Weeks you can even get creative and create your own burger! Stay tuned to see what other surprises Chef Manuel has prepared for you.

Whether it's a quick espresso or cappuccino (100 % Arabica BIO Fairtrade) with the "Gipfile" at the bar or specially created dessert cakes, at Stochas no breakfast wishes remain unsatisfied from early to late morning.

In addition, you can enjoy the varied Stochas breakfast buffet every Sunday from 8 - 11 a.m. - giving you power and a good mood for the whole day!
